LOL.. Don't worry Burny. You can rely on this clan to provide a mature and considered response to your keyboard related mistake.
Does it make it worse that that was a "phix" not a mistake on Burnys part? If so, GOOD!

Is it crashing when you try to launch it? If so I had the same problem (''Bioshock 2 has stopped working...''). I had to run it in DirectX 9 for a while to get it to launch. Now I can run it in DX10 without a problem though. I don't even have DX10 (XP here) haha. When i first loaded it the game would crash/freeze every 10minutes or so, no idea why. Now it just refuses to load, yeah comes up with the "Bioshock 2 has stopped working, apologize for inconvenience) or something like that. This is well annoying

Does it make it worse that that was a "phix" not a mistake on Burnys part? If so, GOOD! Speaking of mistakes, hi Hzza! I had the exact same problem as you Haotwo. I ended up installing another service pack for Vista (which was incredibly tedious and ultimately useless, which is by definition Vista itself), updating my video drivers and trying different compatibility modes for the game itself. I hear one XP user changed the compatibility mode and that fixed the problem for him, might be worth a shot. Apparently any one of those (as well as the DX9 fix) worked for different people who had this problem. Either way it's pretty annoying.

Out of frustration i decided to do the classic un-install/re-install combo.
Time to wait another 8 or so hours for it to download! If this doesn't fix it i'll cry (then proceed to actually attempt to fix it haha).

no, i'm at the next station fine. my pc is sexy though. I'm not massively impressed so far. Mainly because it seems like exactly the same game so far. Thats good but its not terribly exciting. Oh and the hacking WTF? Replacing a puzzle with a quick time event? FUUUUU I'm not a twitching console monkey.

No problems here either.
And I agree, so far it's very much a revamp of the first one. That's okay so far, but I hope it doesn't continue the same path all the way down to the end. As for the hacking: Actually I don't care. This is more brainless than the puzzle in the first, but those did get old quickly after a while and took more time. I'm not really missing them.
Oh, but again terrific art design!

Is it just me or did the patch weaken the headshots done by the rivet gun. I was literally one-shotting nearly every splicer haha.
