Money for university for me, a bit boring but will be really useful once I'm back again.
Also, a watch, some awesome board games (yes they can be cool), a little robot bug thing that runs away when you make sound near it (weird), Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy 6 (the Eoin Colfer one), Private Eye & QI annuals, and a mega awesome long coat.
Still waiting for the new mouse to arrive by post.
It was really cool because this is the first year I've not made any kind of list and just let people buy what they think I'd like and largely it's been great!

Did anyone NOT get socks? What is it with socks? I've never asked for socks, never wanted socks (although perhaps I have needed socks on occaision) but everyone buys each other socks. I have never bought socks in my life for myself or anyone else.

You have to look at the big picture: It's to counteract sock-theft commited by evil washing machines.

Ok, here we go. Fade & HeX & family got me these... A Bony Pirate! And an excllent T-shirt... Now my brother has recently been in Ecuador. So From the sothern hemispher I got this... He also got me the condensing diafram microphone I've been wanting - RESULT! I'm a lucky man. Not only did I get socks, and not just any socks. Oh no. These are Rocha.John Rocha socks. Yes indeedy. And they go nicely with the Rocha.John Rocha pants. Thank betsy for propper made pants with undercarage pouch! What else? Oh yes, Lego Indiana Jones for the Wii, The new Prattchet book, a calender, Back to the future box set, Top Gear anual (very funny read), a huge homer simpsons mug and a new wallet. But the best gift is the money that my family has given me towards the central heating system. Gives me a lot more breathing room and helps me with my plan of paying off the loan sooner rather than later.

There are not words in the English language to express my feelings about that hat, beats a knitted jumper though and it'll keep you warm at work.

I wish that hat was the traditional Santa Claws hat. Would certainly make me like Christmas more!

Hmm what's going on with the nose btw? Is it like a sentient being, moving around your face freely?

Oh! It's double sided. There is a face on either side. One on the front and one on the back. Hense the differnt markings around the eyes and the different noses. I have a sudden urge to get a bowler ha noe for some weird reason
