Yeah, if it is today I wouldn't expect to see it until later this afternoon/early evening.

They normally change/start new deals around 10 am their local Seattle time or 18 GMT (although some special events have started earlier) so it will probably start in a couple of hours, with the first 15 minutes or so of downtime.

Oh yes, what's the deal? Already Bioshock Infinite is half-price. Is it better to wait?

I think that GMG is still running the 50% sale + a 20% coupon for Bioshock Infinite. It's a steam key btw so you might want to check that out Berath. Edit: http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/pt/en/pc/games/shooter/bioshock-infinite/ and apply the coupon GMG20-F202F-UI40F and it should be down to £12

Daily's bioshock infinite hotline miami dont starve antichamer toki tori 2 l4d2 endless space scribblenuats call of juarez defiance
Flash skyrim legendary some other junk
You get steam sale cards for voting on the flash sales (1 card per 3 votes, so you can get 10 cards this way if you do every vote ugh), 1 every $10 you spend, and 1 for every badge you craft. They are marking which games have trading cards (unsurprisingly).
Hotline miami and bioshock infinite just got cards so I guess they are adding them to stuff in the daily sales.

By clicking "Purchase" you agree that Valve provides you immediate access to this digital content and that therefore any possibility of a withdrawal from this purchase ends – the purchase is final.
Is that line new or had I just not noticed it before? Its pretty douchey, I think the one way to get around EU distance selling regs is to agree the start of service? I'd have to check. Its still a lie service begins when you start the download which is a pretty important cooling off period they are still trying to sidestep.

Recommend Scribblenauts and Call of Juarez (I NEED SOMEONE TO COMPETE AGAINST IN ARCADE).
Scribblenauts is fantastic just to dip in and out of when you feel imaginative, and Call of Juarez is like Bulletstorm but in the Wild West with a great unreliable narrator mechanic.

Pretty sure its just the US wording and distance selling regs will take precedence. Not sure if its new but I pre-ordered TW Rome II at £45 and they then dropped price to £29.99. I emailed and got a refund no questions asked. Its kinda similar to this business with Prism and US companies handing over private information by request. EU Commissioners have already come out saying that US laws do not apply to EU citizens - not even when they have agreed to a license agreement with a US company, based in the US, on US servers. Even more the case in countries like Norway where it doesn't matter what a Norwegian agrees to - none of it will ever apply in Norway as long as it doesn't give the consumer a better deal than the current law. Was an example with HBO and 12 month minimum contracts. Norway told them that if they didn't let Norwegians leave if they were dissatisfied they could fuck off.
