I remember that back when I bought Deus Ex HR from them a couple of months ago it was still required and it had to be the same one that you use in your payment source (e.g. paypal).
I don't think they've changed it since... I was trying to verify it for you but the site is down for maintenance again. Yeap, still requires your address. Truth be told, their prices in Euros aren't as good a deal as they get in the $US or £UK... plus, if it isn't a Steam key, you'll have to use their crappy Capsule client to download and run the game.
