Hmm. Mr Blade is referring to a questionable "gentlemans game" involving a biscuit and several men.. I would advise you not to ask any more questions in case Mr Blade provides a practical demonstration OMG...... The Germans have a teen-movie where is a scene about it :S EWWWW......... Edited spellingI'm absolutely shocked that "Crazy" is the movie which is known in other countries as a german movie... I have to admit that there is nearly no good movie made by germans but "Crazy" is one of the worst!! Please do yourself and me a favor and watch "Rabbit Without Ears" (or "Keinohrhasen" in german). This one is much better...

I really think germans shouldn't produce movies on their own.. maybe with some help.. I disagree. I too have seen German movies They usually have a happy ending, a satisfied man and a woman (sometimes two) and generally, a broken photocopier The continental Europeans have such genius The British version of these films just involves two people holding hands, discussing the weather and not really saying what they mean (*AND* a broken photocopier that they're both trying to fix). *sigh*

I think I've seen that film as well. I must agree, the UK version was lacking panash!

It appears that currently we can only produce two types of movies: Mediocre comedies (if we are lucky) or movies about our dark past (either 3rd Reich or the bad, bad incidents concerning the GDR). Or a mixture of both (=Goodbye Lenin) Okay, the occasional romance as well. And a potential for self-important serious drama.
But entertainment besides rubbish comedies? Thriller? Crime (of theatrical dimensions)? Action? Horror? Not really.
