Wife's just rung me asking if she should get the Millenium Falcon for my son's Xmas pressie. The one thing I wanted as a child that my parents were too mean to buy me. £84 sounds like a good price, I just wish I'd kept all my old Star Wars figures.

Pfft! Han Solo is a great role model. He shoots first for a start. Through tabels. He also coped a feel of Leya under the guise of helping her to safty after being shot in the arm. Anyway, if it's the Falcon model I've seen recently, then it is very awsome and way better than the toy of out past Merry Christmas!

Go for it Milli. Star wars is part of our cultural identity. I wish my mrs had kept her old Star Wars figure. She used to have a Princess Leia figure but now she has one that resembles a wart hog guard

If I wouldn't know you by now, Nick, I'd just walk past this posting without a second thought. This is kinda subtle... and very mean.

Gotta be done. As Nick said, it's a part of our heritage that we are honor bound to pass on to our children.... whether they like it or not!

Holy Crap Tea and Good one Nine Why wasn't Star Wars Lego around in the early 80s, would of combined my 2 childhood favourite toys. We have decided to give the Falcon a miss after seeing a video of it in action. Not really suitable for a 5 year old. Dunno what to give him now though.
