Has your keyboard got any macro/shortcut keys? I had a problem with my shortcut keys a while back where they would keep opening iTunes randomly and minimizing everything else. Driver update sorted that shit out though, no ideas other then that .

What's the hot key for minamise? Also HeX if you've just upgreaded to Win7 then you may be in for a couple of anomalies. You've got a Merc keyboard, so check that you've got the right drivers for it. The CD that came with mine doesn't work under Win7 64 bit. So going to the WEB site and updateing cured that problem for me. Just remembered the problem of that "Z Board dot come" won't get you to where you need to be. But "Steel Series will" http://www.steelseries.com/downloadIt was daft things like the "Zion" button actually launched windows media player, insted of opening the keyboard profile mapper program. Also the Razor software for the mouse ended up complaining that there was no qualifing product. That was a simple case of change the USB socket it was plugged into, and then it started working fine after Win7 had rediscovered the hardware on a different connection. Good luck.

Same problem here on Dragon Age which fortunately is minimize friendly, I also upgraded to AVG 9. Anyone know of a fix or a good free virus scanner?

Commodo does a free firewall and anti-virus package.

Microsoft Security Essentials. I kid, I kid. Wait, no I'm not. It's free and it's pretty lightweight and fully integrated with Windows. Good alternative if you want to _feel safe_ (it's not that you're safe with any of those tools).

Avg is still free. Im not getting this issue with tf2, and im running vista. It would probably help if everyone who is having this issue could state their ope ;)rating system as well as other info.

I'm running XP Pro SP3. Googled the problem (has a lot of people pissed off, getting minimised every 30 mins) and apparently you can fix it by completely uninstalling AVG and reinstalling.

I hear you have to pay for that now. Not true, Avast! is superior to AVG you just have to register with them, still free and its never caused me problems with games, the reason I ditched AVG was it did screw up games and never obeyed me.

I used to have the same problem. Turned out it was due to Zone Alarm checking for updates. I changed to Comodo firewall and that fixed it.
I think that running TF2 in windowed mode also stops it happening.
