I dont know whats not to understand there. Junglefight meant that if you happen to come across the enemy jungler, the only one who can beat Skarner is a good Trundle player. And counterjungling means going into enemy territory and stealing their neutral camps at which Skarner is great because he gets increased movementspeed from his 2nd WIZARD SPELL.
