I don't know if it's just me, but I find that the attitude of the lol community is in steep decline. (Not that it was ever good mind you)
Of the 10 games I've done today, eighter I encountered a smurf team, a troll or a DC, which results in usually a loss and zero fun.

Worst part about it is that every single person on LOL thinks they're the shit. (Exagerating to make a point)
Even trying reasoning with them doesn't even work anymore. They just /ignoreall and solo-jungle the entire game.

I'm really on the verge of uninstalling this, not because LOL is a bad game, but the community is starting to get horrendous...

I only play with friends now. Sometimes solo Q ranked but it's a LOT more fun with a team of friends on mumble/ts/ect.

It's a great game but the community of all dota style games are always assholes.

LoL is better than most others, but it's still not tf2

Also, CLG beat m5 in kings of europe! So happy that those smug russian bastards lost.

Play with friends. I never play solo in this and when I do (soloqueue) I have to become an ignorant asshole commander because honestly when youre stuck in ELO Hell you get the worst teammates with 0 tactical skill. Its absurd how much I have to hold their hands whenever I win a ranked game, its exhausting and I dont have fun doing it at all (just doing it for the sake of maybe getting out of the hell but seriously, I can win 5 games in a row solely on my own and lose the next 5 again because either our jungler is absolutely retarded and fails at blue golem or someone afks or top feeds to such an extend I cant outcarry it)

And you know theres the speachbubble next to peoples names. When I know someone will just bring the big flames I hit that button and planterblast them off the chat.

hotshot sucks. CLG usa is awful in comparison. The NA scene is rubbish in general. The EU teams actually play together, not just solo queue all day.

m5 beat tsm because m5 actually play a lot and practised those strats. TSM also think that playing solo queue on the EU servers will help them. It might a bit but practice as a full team would help a LOT more than solo q

NA scene is pretty good still. I would still rate dignitas as #1 team atm, scarra is just a beast in mid and IWillDominate is a really good jungler, much better than Jatt was. TSM can also be high up there, also theyre scrimming against EU teams from now on so I give em the advantage on this one. CLGus is awful atm, I watch their scrims on a regular basis and Hotshot usually fails every toplane, plus Doublelift isnt a good AD carry in comparison and Saint just insults his team instead of saying useful stuff. There was a time when they were good and probably top 3 world but right now theyre terribad and should probably kick Doublelift and get a new carry.
Epik can be up there aswell but they dont scrim at all, Dyrus just plays on his own all day.

Wouldnt necessarily say that EU is better at the moment, its mostly just cypher, CLGeu and m5 (+ you never know about fnatic, they should scrim more) and I dont think m5 will stay at the top, they can get screwed over so easily if you just ban Shyvana. Their aggressive counterjungling worked at Kiev because noone was preparing for that or even had them on the list. Now everyone knows how to play against them.

I remember a time when I found this game intriguing. That has long since passed. It's just so casual-unfriendly (lingo, learning curve, constant changes).
Also, What is it with 90% of the players being infinite fountains of rage at the drop of a hat?
Well, the fact that I'm only level 13 or 14 (I don't even care) might explain things.

I think you're pretty spot on karthus. I don't agree with doublelift being bad though.

And you're right r007, it is casual unfriendly if you wanna be good. You can play a lot now and get more casual as time goes on since your background knowledge will be good, but you do need that.

Well I think me and Mr Chug were probably lucky tonight.

Just had a very civilised game, no raging even though I was blundering about all over the place (only 2nd pvp game); playing Allistair. People just patiently suggested what I needed to do and answered my questions. Then they stuck me in defense out of trouble!!!!! Game was pretty intense.

Maybe games at the lower levels are better because no-one expects anyone to be experts though I'm still waiting for my first 'being raged at'. It will come.
