Will do Hawker
I've been trying out the new Team Builder again. It's said people are nicer there but I haven't found that. In fact I've had my worst experiences there (love that mute button). Team compositions are just as random as in normal but it's worse because half the people there seem to reckon that, at level 22, they are now 'expert' on their champs and so since they have the role they want and the champ they want, surely any mistakes are down to their noob team mates.
Generally I think people have got more toxic as I've levelled. At the start perhaps players were too busy trying to work out what key did what! I don't think there has been one evening when I haven't had at least one game with someone going on at another player. I can only think it will get worse as level 30 approaches.
Your average community TF2 pub really is an oasis of niceness and fun in comparison
In normal games, people often just play who they want and then positions are improvised once the game starts. Yesterday my Lux was supporting a Volibear adc but halfway through swapped with Gragas to go to mid (on his request, I didn't care). The only problem here of course is that you have to swap from a support build and role to an AP mid. I was facing a Nidalee as well.
We actually won that game but the other team looked just as random as us!
However I quite like that as it often breaks the meta which makes it more interesting, though it's often a bit mad, and you can see where things don't quite work. And often, how they do (at my level anyway)..Lux and Morgana bot anyone?
And finally, what is it about Teemo that makes him stomp so many games....
