Hes only getting a lot of those kills thanks to poor FOV and poor turning, I on the other often got defib chains on PC versions of 2142 and 2  . |

its out on steam. £35 though  hmm £25 but have to deal with the dvd or £10 more and the ease of steam..... annoyingly tough choice. |

Hmm, £25 + packaging (=£28) from Game or £35 via Steam (if somebody would gift it to me), or €44 from Amazon.de hoping the price will go down until release.
And then probably find out that we (the store I work in) will burn it ourselves in a promotion ... (though I doubt the price would be lower than €39,99)

I still didn't preorder, but I guess I'll get it on Steam. For me convenience is worth something. 10 pounds is quite a difference, but at least it's not 60€ like the fucking Modern Warfare 2 and I really don't want to use the DVDs (I know I will regret it, when Valve explodes or something).

Theres no exclusive content and the limited edition has the same RRP. And power DVD is still > than steam because in the UK at least its usually £10 cheaper on DVD making steam fail and if you don't like the DVD version you can sell them...
Also most games in the common folder arn't authenticated via steam so as long as you have local copies mostly just your valve games will be gone when steam dies.
