is your boss a sales type?
If he is, he might de-value your work to the point that the new 230% becomes the original 100%..

I worked for a windows sales company and the big thing about them was the BOGOF offer.. problem is, each window was sold for 200% of the market value meaning nobody saved anything.. I have idea that they actually charged around 250% of the value.. more if the salesman could get away with it.. (stay away from safestyle uk for your windows!)
