Guess every item you gained by idling so far gets deleted, and in future idling at all will mean you lose all items you have at that point (including non-idled ones).

I think its just those 2 days now, when the last fix came, there were no itemdrops ingame, but people with idler found items every 15 minutes and many hats today. I think they use those 2 days to find out who idle. Ihope thats true, cuz I havent touched the program for a week now Smiley
