I for one am eager to try out whether OSX is better at interrupt managemant than Windoze. Background: On Windows, crowded scenes in TF2 make my framerate go into the single-digit range. This is independent of graphics card (since my 8800GT broke I swapped it for a 9800GT temporarily), but stems from the fact that my stupid ugly cheap-ass mainboard is layed out such that graphics and network card have to share an interrupt (in b4 get a new board then). Now with WoW (there, I said it) I got the feeling that it ran smoother under OSX (which happens to run on said crappy board...) and now I can hardly wait for TF2 to become available to compare the two. Also it will save me from having to run an insecure windows os at i40.  |

Ive found that the direct hit is a very effective counter to too many snipers, still prefer the old rl though having tried the direct hit in a PUG i can confirm any half decent player who sees a rocket coming just jumps over them.
