Afraid it looks like Valve broke the WarioWare mod about a month ago.

EDIT: All hope may not be lost. Further investigation reveaks they did something which broke the development cycle, but the current version may still work.

There's crashing all over the place. Crashed twice in half a round of badwater.

yesterdays slightly confusing blog post was announcing that man manor is reactivated. You can now get masks from the presents again.

It should be possible to complete any achievements and get any prizes you missed from previous Halloweens. They've activated the old maps early to give you a chance to do that before this years event starts.

I didn't realise this when the blog post went up the other day but it sounds like they are saying you might need the horsemanns head in the new event for its scare-proofing

Updates to Team Fortress 2 have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:
Halloween 2011 Event
Viaduct has been haunted and is now... Eyeaduct!
One full multi-piece costume set has been added for each class
Random gifts containing costume pieces drop in Eyeaduct on registered servers
2 new Halloween 2011 achievements
Any unusual hats uncrated during the event will be Halloween-themed
New Halloween-themed items are available in the Mann Co. store, but only for a limited time!
Updated effects for The Cow Mangler 5000
Updated in-game abuse reporting tool to include option for reporting abusive game servers
Added mapcycle_halloween containing all Halloween event maps
Fixed team colors and styles not updating properly in store previews
Fixed bug in reputation trend status display for registered servers
Fixed a problem that could cause repeated stutters after joining a server
Fixed the Spine-Chilling Skull not appearing when equipped by soldiers
New Halloween-themed community-created items submitted to the Workshop are now available in the Mann Co. store!



New costumes amazing.
New map and boss pretty awful, if horsemann made you rage you will hate monoculus, he spams crockets.

The map also makes it completely random who gets the gift. Its good in some ways but horrible in others, you can get haunted versions of the costumes in the underworld but i've been robbed of them twice because an enemy scout always follows me in and then shoots me in the back. You can't dodge down there at all and it does constant damage to you.
