Will see if I can set the heavy / solly class limits and melee only  Sourcemod fully supports both Beetles can do it, if source works same way, then you need to think in reverse... i.e. limit all other classes to 0 with no limits on solly and heavy (obviously per team also  ) Melee only should be peasy.... you do it in after round time already |

I'd like to throw another googly into the mix and state that Stabbing the Fatty is clearly the way to go. Nothing beats watching Junta hit the deck like a sack of obese Russian loser potatoes, with a notch between his overweight vertebrae and a lock of horror running amock his chubby face. But on the Spade vs. Fist dispute, I am on the side of the spade, so I hereby swear my oath of allegiance to Brahms's moral code and renounce all that is Junta. Also... the bit where we went insane on RED team during the fragfest and all went soldier to counter the MAGGOT advance... I recorded a demo of it. Spading is fine as an occasional activity (and I even don't mind against me). BUT as a clan leader I have to remind all players that we have a specific server rule "Keep to the spirit of the game, try and complete your objective". Now the regulars and I know that spading can be effective and fun. I have no wish to stop it on our servers. HOWEVER, I cannot condone entire rounds of it and constant melee action by the same players. I'm just asking for balance please - by all means spade my ass, but don't wind up your team mates who may think you're mucking around and not trying to win. I know this isn't the case really, but I had some complaints via steam friends last night from some people who thought that their team wasn't trying to win! Some players can get frustrated when they see their team mates going for glory - it doesn't look like you're trying to win even though spading has proven to be very effective! This is not a rant from an overly spaded heavy (bring it on, I'll gun you all down and punch where I can!) |
