Given how fast they are, hitting with a rifle might be pretty hard anyway

I took someone i knew ages ago to A&E when he came off his bike going rapidly down hill in a forest. Tore all the muscles to his shoulder and buggered his rotator cuff i think. OWEY
Be careful, but have loads of fun. I wish i was brave enough

Hey all, back from downhilling it was an awesome trip. I screwed my ankle on the warm up run on the red route then basically stuck to the proper dh track for the rest of the day. Had a lot of crashes and a lot of fun here is the helmet cam for the 1st run i did on the proper world cup track. That thing was brutal and relentless the whole way down and the cam doesnt do it justice sadly. sorry about the music for the vid but youtube made me change the original track i added for the video. Helmet Cam Fort William

Strewth! Ok, I'll forgive the sound track Sections of the track look like real bone shakers. How on earth do your wheels stay round? Sounds like you had a great blast

i had the cam aimed a little too low, i though it was right as that angle was perfect on my mates helmet. I was looking a lot further ahead. I still have to figure this helmet camera stuff out. Hoping to buy a hd one in the next couple of months with a much wider field of view. it was an awesome trip, ill be posting a couple of the bails from the helmet cams point of view soon
