From what I've read, there will be more continents eventually. Three of the continents will them be the "home world" for a fraction, with a warp gate that cannot be shut down, but the other warp gates will be capturable (not permanently I imagine). The continents will be free for all, with some benefits for taking them over and ALL warp gates capturable. Sounds like a much better solution for me, where you can lock someone out of a continent for a while and then switch to another continent to fight them over there as well.
It'll probably take a long while untill we there...

Gah, this game can be frustrating solo sometimes. I was playing an Anti-Air max, close to a resupply point with around 10 other people on the base, and nobody would fucking go engie and help keep me up. End result I die, we get penned in a building by a couple of aircraft and a handful of fishheads cap the base out from under us.

I am, but not at the server where the rest of WDG people seems to be, at least I haven't met anyone when playing so far. I would join the server we decided on for WDG if I would notice when people are actually playing it. Otherwise it's Vanu all the way for me.

Cuz theyve gone the retarded World of Warcraft-way of restricting you to one faction per server, which wasnt the case in beta. Granted, it's kinda good because in beta, everyone would roll as one faction and once they dominated everything everyone would switch to their other faction characters and done the same again. To be fair though I didnt mind that at all, it just sucks now because it splits the playerbase up way too much. Majority of us are playing TR on Miller and some are Vanu on Woodman I believe. |

I don't think it's still restricted, but either way it was never really restricted, you could always just register another account on the same server.
The real problem with the game right now is non-lockable continents, which means you either get rolled or roll everything because none of the enemy are there.
