This just came out, I don't know anything about it (Looks a bit generic tbh) but as far as I'm aware, it's a free mod and it looks reasonably polished so I'm gonna give it a shot. Anyone w/me?

Looks pretty, but I don't put much faith in mods anymore, I'll give it a go but won't hold my breath!

Nor me Hz, not multiplayer ones at least. But I'm always willing to give it a shot. Now's normally the best time to play them, when they've just come out, the servers are full and everyone is just as noob as you are (Maybe not as noob as you though, Hz (OH, BURN (BUUUUUUUUUURN)))

Played a bit more, combat has a fairly slow, weighty feel, might be like counterstrike, dunno, never played counter strike.

The game mode is a sort of like the sabotage gametype in cod4 where you have an obJective in a randomised location on the map an have to take it to the enemy base, but there's no respawns =[

Some fairly tactical stuff looks to be possible, once you pick up the objective you drop your main gun, but you can do a radar sweep to see where enemies are to warn your team mates who are (hopefully) protecting you.

No kills are shown on the scoreboard, which should give you an idea of the direction they're trying to take it, though kill messages are shown on the top right.

Not played around with the weapons much, they unlock as you progress through ranks, but it's not a persistent thing, the rank you get stays with you only as long as the map.

Overall, it's quite fun, and I wish some of you would get it so we can tool around before the servers inevitably fall silent.

Had a bit of a bash with Brahms and Torgue and it's pretty good fun. Like Sir Spade said, much like CS, but with 3 classes; recon is the fast dude that can jump fast but has bugger all health and can't use big guns, assult which is the middle of the road standard dude (good armour, average speed, can use most weapons) and support which is the heavy weapons guy, slow, heavy armour and can use all the weapons. The assult and recon classes can also cloak which is pretty cool; only assult and support have the alternate view that can see cloaked people though which is another pretty cool way of keeping teams together. You can fire when you're invisible but unless you're using a silenced weapon you flicker a bit like the TF2 spy when he gets hit. The best teamplay element is the ghost though, which is the intel or flag that needs to be capped; the dude holding it gets a  radar view of all the enemies but looses his primary weapon. The main problem with this we found was that its very hard to describe where people are and the person carrying the damn thing doesn't always have a mic so can't communicate to the team where everyone is!
The rank system is pretty good, you gain ranks by capping the "ghost", getting frags and staying alive until the end of the round. It does mean that the good get the better weapons quicker, but I didn't notice that much of a difference between the guns to be honest! Teamkilling also drops you a rank so be careful with those freaking 'nades!

It's worth mentioning that the levels are stunning visually for a mod, not so much the models though.

Just spent a few minutes in and it takes a while to adjust to style when i am used to the fast paced nature of tf2.

Heres my opinion.

As Hzza just said the levals look amazing and would be fun if you knew the map which i don't so it made it impossible to know when to put your cloak on.

The character models look woefully bad.

I have to mention that the weapons feel very similar to each other. all the 3 smg feel the same allthough there maybe subtle differences. I can also see that with a good voice chat going it would be quite tactical as having the ghost is really cool because you can see every enemy.

I dislike the cs style of gameplay where you die and that is it but i think i went into the mod with tf2 expectations in a fast fun crazy game which is not. Instead it is a slow,stealthy, tactical game where the emphesis is not on twitch reactions but on good use of your tools (cloak, special vision)

all in all a decent mod which is worth checking out to see if you like it
