also the german version disables riot police apparently for anyone playing with someone who owns the German version, removing one of the new cool mechanics from the horde. In some lame attempt to offer something back they've included 5 CSS weapons. I'm sure some people would like that but I hate CSS and its guns so sadly I might find myself leaving games with german players from lack of riot police and silly guns. I read that already. The german version seems to be identical to australian version, which are both violence reduced and with NO riot shield police available as soon as someone from the bad countries joins the game. And yes, by some incredibly deranged idea, L4D2 is currently advertised as having CSS weapons in the german version exclusively... For what it's worth.
If I buy L4D2 at all (will see from the demo) it I'd definately buy the UK version, the german version of L4D isn't much fun, from what I saw, but L4D2 has whole game mechanics taken out.

Since I've given up on the item god ever giving me a hat (or anything except blutsaugers for that matter) I approve of this hat givery.
