out of interest does it say wether or not the team mates you save from burning with jarate will also have the 35% damage increase?
They should, anything else would be unfair to the spies/other team.

Still, there should be a downside to being put out with piss... Many interesting things to test this time around

It depends how much ammo (or recharge time) it has, and how long it lasts.

Faulty logic. If Jarate would give teammates a damage increase than it would also extinguish burning enemies.
I'm pretty sure it will have a negative effect on enemies (+35% damage) and a positive effect on teammates (extinguish flames). (Just like the old TFC medkit would heal teammates and infect enemies).
If you want deeper psychological discussions about the effect urine should have on the players psyche may I refer you to the Steam forums which is already way ahead of all of us in that area :-)

The steam forums have a thread to "Protect your rights to use your urine as you please"

May I have a "Protect your rights to use napalm on the steam forums as you please"-thread? Then again, I already poked fun on the SF today, I'm exceeding my quota ...

Hell no! Now all these "people" are contained in one forum. Imagine them spreading all over the interweb! Btw. did you notice? There are no milestone-achievements on the announcement page. They were on the scout's right? Looks like we get to see the new system! (Yaaaay)

I really want it to have a long recharge except if the sniper is around/in water. That would make it perfect.

+++doubleplusgood on everything, especially as noted (here and elsewhere I read) no milestones...finally.
Weapons look fun (the spies are all generally better, the snipers will differ depending on what you want to do), shame there is no new melee weapon for the sniper but Jarate might just make up for that, heh.
They've got to 6/9, "only" 3 left...

So you just had to force me to do research, did you? The milestones were never in the achievement list, but they were in the hires-download. This is not the case for the sniper!
