Just to keep you up to date: Last Sunday I found myself in front a green screen. The top half of me was looking very dapper. White shirt, bow tie and a jacket (kind of a "Bond" moment for me). While out of camera shot I was still sutably scruffy  So after one or two "cock ups" we managed to get it all recorded and off the camera. It's now in the hands of my brother to make it look sutably "spoofy" enough. So here's a couple of photos    I've no idear how long it's going to take to get done. Mainly because my brother is working his arse off on other pojects. Ones that will pay him for a start So I'll do my best to keep you all updated on how it's all coming together. Premier soon |

sexy kit there Magathery, the sony has native 1080p while we have to use cams with HDV 720p suppose (wank codec but the picture makes me cream) plus i think those can record to solid state drives, i swear if i had access to that my editing workflow would be much better, no more real time batch capture. but alas i still have to use mini DV tapes  now i sound like a total film geek but sony kit gives me a big rubbery one |

Quick question for all and sundry. An idear is to use in game footage as a back drop. How do you go about recording in game footage and then using it? I've found a couple of sound tracks from the game, intro music and the like, to use as intro music and maybe as a bed. I'm hoping to pull of some of the the other game sounds, character radio voices and the like. There might even be some scope to use people's forum avatars in the nominations animations. I've still to see the footage from the shoot |

You can extract all the sound files directly from the TF2 GCF archives using GCFScape. It's how I got the ones I used for the Tennis vid. |
