It wasn't on the blog, it was in an interview.
In that same interview they also said that they were looking at introducing new classes too, although probably not in this update.

Looks like a 'gets you past sentries then screws you over' power. I just like the name.
What's way more interesting is the background image as Danish mentioned- looks like a straight payload race, snaketemple style.

I hope it's not invulnerability (which would just lead to scouts going for battering enemies) but that the increased speed primarily keeps sentries from tracking the scout. Could be very useful to create a second front and force the opponent to divide their attention and defense.

Have we all missed the giant 'MISS!' in the picture? Implies just a dodge effect to me, with a mild if at all speed boost, wont need the speed boost if ya can't hit 'im! I'm also going to guess that the 'lethargy' that's mentioned is the Scout's base speed reduced to ~Pyro or below. Am gunna assume a cool down on the drink as well.

Just one can’ll blast ya into a few-second rush of radioactive energy so powerful you’ll be dodgin’ bullets like they ain’t even there! That does make it sound like you get some kind of speed boost, and i'm guessing the 'Miss' in the picture is just illustrating the fact that the (possible) speed boost means that you ignore bullet damage or that sentries can't target you. After the beneficial effects of the radiation wear off, drinkers have reported experiencing feelings of lethargy that can last several seconds It says the the Lethargy comes after drinking it, so i'm guessing there won't be a change to the base speed.

Yeah, I meant that happens after drinking, after the bonus wears off. After the beneficial effects of the radiation wear off, drinkers have reported experiencing feelings of lethargy that can last several seconds.

Lol, yeah but only if you limit pyros?
It's always the one night where its 12v12 of a class, then a fair amount for the following week. It's happened with every other update so it's prob not worth doing, personally never saw it as a massive problem.
No matter what Valve does, I see it as unlikely that the number of Scouts beyond the initial update rush will go anywhere near the average levels of Pyros that appeared on teams after their various updates.

We can only hope, it seems like the numbers have only just started dying down....

I don't think the numbers of Pyros are dying though tbh! You still get teams that are 2-4 pyros and no Soldiers etc.
