Ahhh, community maps. I thought they were official.

Fair enough, fine, make new community arena maps, but don't expect me to play them!

The new CP map looks worth a shot. More shorter one stage defensive/offensive maps are nice (in the way of steel, gravelpit and the like). 3 stage ones get really grind-y.

Looks like a temporary speed boost similar to what people have been saying, with a small slowdown time afterwards.
"Dodging bullets like they aren't even there"... perhaps the drink gives the scout some kind of resistance to bullets too? Or does it just make him a bit harder to hit?

My money is on a few seconds of increased speed and 100% invulnerability (maybe not vs explosions though), and if you check out the small print it tells you that consuming one is followed by "several seconds of lethargy".
I expect it'll be like the sandvich and take the place of a pistol. Probably unlimited quantities too if you can't move whilst drinking.
