I'm going to go for the Bourne Trilogy here.  really? Yeah, I must admit to being a philistine who has only seen the first Godfather film, which is excellent, but I can't really call it my favourite as a trilogy. The Bourne films qualify as the trilogy I've enjoyed most as a whole.
