They are different forms of the same thing, crack comes in solid chunks rather than a powder which is why you can't snort it (or you could try, but it would hurt like hell)

I happen to know that you can snort crack just like cocaine just need to powderise it first... *pulls face*

Agree, but surely there IS a connection between the Scout and cocaine? Would explain a few things for me really... Anyway.. back on track. The scout is the one class I can't get my head round in terms of an update. When played well, its a bastard of a class and I can't see what they could do to it that wouldn't un-balance things. But hey, un-balancing things is what Valve does best

I like the idea of bringing things back for the rest of the team (ie. can drop some ammo for engies or something). I'd like to see scouts and engies working together in harmony

One interesting feature in TFC was that a scout would undisguise (or whatever the proper word may be) a spy when bumping into him. Would be more useful for defense than offense, though, and it might affect spies too much ...
They kinda made this by making every player bump into enemy spies, therefore detecting them, scout can cover more ground than other classes therefore he is better at "spybumping". Of course the effect differs drastically when in range of a SG :-)

How about the scout being the only class able to cap a point while übered?

Medic/scout rush would cap the first point at least every time
A bat with less damage but a slight knockback effect to confuse the other player would be interesting.

Oh dear god no, the pyro air blaster pisses me off enough already! D: But I like reflecting rockets at people! Ah well, no more drug jokes; I apparently have the magical power to destroy topics... Okay, think time. ... A scattergun that does more damage the less health he has? Yeah, bad idea. I'll get something soon. NOW STAY ON TOPIC. ._.
