Yeah, but he HAS to be powerful having bugger all close defence.
They should give the demo a lamp on his pipe launcher so that he can startle scouts like rabbits and it freezes them for 3-5 seconds allowing a quick bottling to the head  |

As a long time TF2 player, I wholeheartedly approve of these changes, although the Spy cloaking one will be interesting. (The demoman one, for all intents and purposes, won't be drastically less powerful, but will mean he has to keep an eye on his bombs!).
I like the idea up upgraded teleports and dispensers too, means you might only need one engineer on offence for teleports, or one on defence for a heavy-dispenser combo.
It's getting pretty polished the game, after they've finished the horrible balance issues with more class packs there's possibly not a great deal left to change, hmm.
