so, as part of my job as a manager, i need to handle complaints, both those in the restaurant and those emailed to us at later dates. The most serious of the allegations is food poisoning, which gets thoroughly investigated by an external company, so it's kind of a serious issue.
Anyway, as part of my training, I was being shown some of the allegations sent in and how they are dealt with. Most were pretty standard, but there was one that stood out, that had me in hysterics. took a picture of it just for my own amusement, but feel it's too good to keep to myself.

fyi, it was investigated and it wasn't anything caused by us. Also, the senior management found it so funny they sent him a voucher for £50 ^_^
