Just ordered an upgrade for my work PC, it's going from a very battered Duron 1300 with 1Gb RAM (started off as 256Mb running Windows ME when I started a year and a half ago), to a Dual Core set up with 2Gb RAM and a Gigabyte Nforce motherboard (love clearance offers).
The cost - £148.15, with 2 new Logitech mice, should get it tomorrow.

Lol Milli, do you work in a museum or something My bosses have a great lack of knowledge of all things to do with computers. They bought 3 computers 8 years ago and assumed that was it for technology purchasing.... ever. I only got Windows XP installed when the hard drive umm... broke. Why two mice?
To increase productivity actually one of the other PCs still has a ball mouse and is probably one of the orginals.

Nice upgrade fella. If your emplyer is interested in any more antque PC gear, I've got an old tower with an AT keyboard connection and an AMD K62 300mhz chip, I think it's a whopping great big 64MB of SD ram 133mhz goodness. I think the other tower is just a bold in it's hardware. The third one is showing off in that it does DDR and has a duron chip. (I really must get around to scrapping them )
