I know most of you chaps are not minded to look outside your narrow corridors of listening pleasure but you should listen to this. It's a tour de force. Brilliant.

I actually liked their last one; even though Johnny Borrell went on a ego-trip afterwards, some of the song writing was excellent. This one just feels like a bit of a joke. Not that I'm saying you shouldn't like it, just not my thing. Ladyhawke's new album is fantastic however.

The last new album I bought was In Silico by Pendulum, every time I hear Propane Nightmare I think of that Mass AI vid. Me = N3rd. Not a massive Razorlight fan probably won't be checking it out.
Led Zep ftw

Checked out "Wire to Wire" on youtube, not really my sort of thing. Needs less singing and more guitar wanking for me, that said i don't really listen to much music anymore, now that i'm not driving to work every day. I'm really bad at multitasking, if i have music on in the background whilst I read or work I won't follow any of the words in the track. That's why I prefer subliminal music only type stuff like classical when i study, or hard trance / metal when i'm gaming to get the heart pumping.

I had a mixed review of the previous album - but would be happy to give this one a go I like hearing about how people are into their music - so nice one Gas

I have to say that the album does feel more like a solo effort on most of the tracks. Guys, you need to persevere and listen a few more times.

didn't really like their last album and this one is more of the same to my ears. the songs on the last one (and the new one) could be so much better if they didn't drag them out so much and try to make every song a huge ego trip
that said i think their first album is still one of the best i own and seeing them live one of the best gigs

Downloaded it the other day, purely on your recommendation.
It's one of those "average" albums to me that I'll listen to occasionally, or won't mind if it's on. But I doubt I'll specifically listen to it that often.

It's ok, but didn't really grab me. Johnny Borrell gets on my nerves a tad. Ladyhawke's new album is fantastic however. It's either fantastic or awful, I can't decide. TELL ME WHAT TO THINK! Currently listening to the 'new' Max Tundra record. Confusing, but probably great. Probably.
