Very interesting. Learned a few things!
I guess the part of healing in chunks is situational. I understand the reasoning why not to do it, but I could also imagine situations where it's more useful to have several players with some health instead of 1 fully healed and a number of others almost dead. But I guess that's where experience kicks in.
PS: I hate those aweful Heavy Metal noises so many people love to use for such videos >
