CP_Steel (missing, dammit) for being an aswesomely designed map, which after you've played it a few times with a decent team you'll appreciate.

CP_Dustbowl is still pretty awesome, and well balanced most of the time. It is good when the better team wins.

PL_Badwater is what Payload should be. Goldrush is too confined, and very easy to camp the cart in choke points (still don't know why they made it like that). Being one map segment too allows a good team to push the attackers advantage further then in the segmented versions (much like the last stage of Goldrush). Nice open areas gets a big thumbs up.

Gravelpit is okay, and Badlands is probably the best neutral CP map. For CTF, there is just no real "must play" map, turbine is nicer for smaller teams and 2Fort is pretty boring, CTF_Well is actually probably one of the better ones after the changes they made to it (for larget teams that is) with an easier to traverse middle making it less a sniper haven.

Territory control is much maligned, for good reason, it takes too bloody long to play. Hydro is okay, if the round times are set to a small number (3-5 minutes max!) with no stalemates (melee weapons are about the best option).

Gravel Pit, as it is probably the only attack/defend map that is actually balanced. It offers an interesting control point layout, the map design allows all classes to be useful (though particularly Scouts, Pyros and Soldiers) and is just a generally well made map, from the roofed B Building to the high towering C Building.

Great Heights. I don't need to explain this one. It's just straight-up good.

Steel (you missed this Teatime), easily the most innovative and original CP map I've played in a while. Many playthroughs are different, some offenses having taken all the points at the cost of wasted time while some offenses having taken one point (once it was none at all) for a head-first attack. Teams must co-ordinate and work together for this one and the map is genuinely fun to play.

...Now why isn't there as many Territorial Control maps these days...

Dustbowl, considering how many times i've played it and the fact that i've never been bored of it, it must be good. That and I actually enjoy playing it too.

Badwater, is mostly a really fun map to play as it suits all the classes pretty well.

Goldrush, since it was the original PL map, and is still fun to play.
