Anyone planning on getting it? I enjoyed the second game as a silly gta clone but it was cheap when I got it. Thq just announced a dlc season pass when you preorder from their store which is an interesting idea.

I see they have their dlc planned up to winter 2012 though   :Smiley .

As well as their store being overpriced and seemingly we are blocked on steam again, they also try to sell you extended digital river download service. Given that saints row the third is steamworks and valve therefore provide unlimited free download service as well as mandatory updates, digital river seems to be knowingly charging for a service already provided for the game, which would make them criminally liable for fraud :/.

short version don't pay for extended download its dumb.

I plan to, but for some reason every single review seems to leave out if it runs better than the horrible port of the last one.

DLC might just push this to the pile of buy-complete-version-later-cheaper

rps said it runs fine and they developed themselves for pc this time, but it texture pops like crazy even on good pcs because they haven't taken the high end into account.

Well I'd like some more info than 1 bloke saying "it ran on mine".

Wouldn't be the first game where it ran fine on nvidia but shit on ati etc.
