yeah they stole all your money and don't really have any servers problem lawl. But no the one thing i did pick up on in the mcforum thread was people seemed happy with the service but they were having problems expanding server capacity, it was taking them waaaay longer than it should. Those messages were from a few weeks ago kinda hoped they'd have sorted that shit out by now. Drop them an email?
