is snake eater the one where you can actually eat wild snakes? I think i spent most of that game just eating wild animals, like some kindof weird stealth snacker gleeful hiding from the guards and feeling good that they weren't going to get to eat any. The final boss was obesity.
Yes thats it, having never played any Metal Gear game I decided to play 3 first since its the earliest in the story (Cuban missile crisis) and yes you have to eat a lot of gross stuff to keep your stamina up, but Im enjoying the game alot. I did get quite baffled by the insane amount of cutscenes and especially one around the beginning that just keeps going and going. But the story is very interesting allthough the superhuman enemy-stuff kinda surprised and confused me (I did know that metal gear kinda goes into supernatural territory). I just defeated "The Fear" and Im now on my way to the fortress, really liking it so far, the controls really broke me in the beginning but Im getting more used to it. It feels like resident evil where the controls are really shit on purpose to make you panic around alot I guess? Ive been more comfortable with just meleeing guards with my knife rather than going for silenced pistol takeouts or anything.
