Yeah John - I sent them the transaction ID but they obviously didn't check it. I replied back with a copy+paste of the transaction details page.

I had that before deadly - did you record the transaction ID? Present that to steam and they normally sort it out. I found steam purchases to be very dodgy like this lately!
